How do I book a car?
Choose a vehicle, add your travel details, and open your request in WhatsApp. Send the message to our team. We’ll confirm availability, your final quote, and pickup arrangements. A request is not a confirmed reservation.
What is included in the daily price?
Displayed rates are indicative guide prices. Fuel, tolls, driver allowance, mileage limits, taxes, and out-of-city charges may vary. Ask for an itemised quote before confirming your booking.
Can I book for airport or out-of-city travel?
Yes. Choose airport transfer, intercity travel, or an out-of-city trip in the Booking menu. Include your pickup point, destination, and flight details where relevant.
Are chauffeur and self-drive rentals available?
Tell us your preference when you enquire. The team will confirm the options, required documents, deposit, and eligibility for your selected vehicle.
Will I receive the exact car shown?
Our listings use supplied vehicle photos where available. Confirm the exact vehicle, model year, trim, seating, and features with our team before booking. Ask for current photos where a listing shows “Photo coming soon.”
Can I change or cancel my request?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your name and journey details. Changes depend on availability. Ask the team to confirm the cancellation and refund terms before making any payment.
